The trick to staying centered and balanced during the holiday season is through proper "planning".  

You can use the project calendar to turn your situation around and reflect the general working days and hours of your project, as well as regular nonworking times and special days off (such as holidays).

Identify which teams you may be able to work with to tackle your holiday activities. You will need to include them in the process of determining the scope of what you will do as this will help reduce stress as your team becomes clear about each other’s holiday expectations.
